Welcome to RideElite. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RideElite, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RideElite. By using our application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. License to Use

RideElite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using RideElite, including:

• Stories, novels, and creative writing
• Poems and lyrics
• Essays and articles
• Personal notes and journals
• Any other content you generate

All content is stored locally on your device. RideElite does not claim any ownership rights to your content.

5. Coin System

RideElite uses a coin-based system for accessing premium features:

• Coins can be purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system
• Coins are non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Coin balances are tied to your account and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to adjust coin pricing with reasonable notice

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use RideElite to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application

7. AI-Assisted Features

RideElite provides AI-assisted writing features to enhance your creativity:

• AI suggestions are provided as creative assistance only
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content
• AI features may not always produce perfect results
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RideElite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideElite and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of content.

10. Data Backup

Since all content is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for:

• Backing up your content regularly
• Maintaining your device's security
• Ensuring your device has adequate storage

We are not responsible for any loss of content due to device failure, loss, or damage.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the application
• Update the application with new features or improvements
• Change coin pricing or feature availability
• Suspend or terminate the service with reasonable notice

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the application from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to RideElite if you violate these Terms of Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the application or via email if you've provided one. Your continued use of RideElite after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RideElite regarding the use of our application.
